Description
Tapping (aka Emotional Freedom Technique) is a simple, easy to learn technique which has been proven to be highly effective in reducing effects of stressors and resulting anxiety on our minds and bodies.
Similar to acupressure, it uses gentle pressure or tapping on the body’s energy meridians and acupuncture points. Combined with breathing techniques, it is possible to attain a sense of calm and inner peace.
This is a practical two hour workshop, giving you lots of opportunity to learn to tap these techniques into your body memory, ready to take with you!
There will be time for a cuppa and a chat afterwards with Qi Gong Master, Glenda Channells.
