Join us for an evening of fun and festivities for our Aussie animals in need!

The evening includes; canapes, drinks, trivia, activities and over $1,000 worth of prizes to be won on the night. 

As an extra thank you for supporting this event, a Taronga Zoo Family Pass (valued at $130) is up for grabs as one of the Lucky Door prizes.

We will be drawing our Taronga Rubbish Run Raffle on the night so if you haven't purchased raffle tickets yet, please click here to do so!

Considering seats to this event are limited, the odds of you taking home a prize are as high as a turtle mistaking a plastic bag for a jellyfish.

The Taronga Rubbish Run is back this year and I am so excited to be one of their ambassadors for 2024.
Rubbish directly harms our precious wildlife. Taronga’s Wildlife Hospitals are caring for and rescuing an increasing number of Australian native birds and wildlife, many of which have been admitted because they have ingested litter, thinking it is food, or been injured by discarded garbage.

Your donations help keep Taronga Wildlife Hospitals running so they can keep saving our unique and magnificent Aussie animals!

Q: What is the Taronga Rubbish Run?

A: The Taronga Rubbish Run is a fundraising challenge set up by the Taronga Conservation Society Australia that encourages participants to get outdoors and pick up litter for wildlife! Picking up litter is a small everyday act with a big impact. So make a commitment to protect our planet and wildlife! Take on the challenge and "pick it up" to protect native animals and support the critical work of our wildlife hospital.

Q: I can't make it to the event, but I still want to donate. How can I donate to the Taronga Rubbish Run?

A: All donations of all amounts are welcome! And each donation above $2 is tax-deductible! You can donate here
Otherwise, feel free to purchase a raffle ticket! You don't need to attend the event to win a prize. Winners will be contacted within 24 hours of the draw. 

Q: Is parking available?

A: Yes! There is plenty of street parking right out front of the venue. There is also some reserved parking for the venue behind the bar but there is no guarantee of a park.

Q: What does each ticket get you?

A: Each ticket includes a platter and canapes upon arrival, complimentary drinks, exclusive access to fundraiser activities and prizes, an entry into our ticketholder only Taronga Family Pass draw, and photos and videos to remember the night forever! Best of all, a portion of each ticket sold is donated directly to the Taronga Zoo Rubbish Run.

Q: I have a dietry requirement. Will there be food available for me?

A: I have included as many dietary options in the canapes as possible (Vegan, vegetarian, Dairy Free and Gluten Free) but please contact me ASAP if you have a food intolerance/requirement so I can let our venue know.


Please note: Due to the Bally Hotel's historical age, there is unfortunately no elevator/ramp to the event room (which will be held upstairs).
Please take this into consideration before purchasing a ticket.
