Gather in the heart of the Northwest for a special long-table dinner and tasting at Hellyers Road Distillery – alongside three other regional whisky legends.

The evening will feature a generous spread of locally inspired dishes and paired with four unique Tasmanian drams. This is a true celebration of regional craftsmanship, connection, and flavour.

Hosted by the local Whisky Waffle boys from the #1 Whisky Podcast in Tasmania, you will be in for a unique whisky encounter.
