The always popular Meet the Maker event is back in an all-new venue!
Described as speed dating (except with distillery folk), at the ring of the bell they will move from table to table and pour their whisky for you, take you through the tasting and answer all the questions you’ve ever wanted to ask (and some they wish you didn’t).
AURA Event Space, a luxurious gem tucked high above the Crowne Plaza hotel with stunning skyline views that will elevate the event to new heights.
The fun begins with either a glass of Tasmanian sparkling or beer while being guided to your table. Your MC for the night is the trailblazing Scotch Whisky ambassador of the year @worldwhiskiesawards: Seamus Carroll.
Meet the makers from Adams Distillery, Belgrove Distillery, Callington Mill, Hellyers Road, Hobart Whisky, Island Coast Spirits, Killara Distillery, McHenry Distillery and Waubs Harbour for an unforgettable evening.
Your ticket includes an arrival drink, two course shared feasting menu (entrees, mains, and sides) and 9 x 15ml. serves of whisky!
Drinks begin at 6pm for a 6.30pm start.
Enter through Crowne Plaza Lobby on Liverpool Street and take the lift to the twelfth floor.
Bottle sales are available during the evening, direct from the distilleries.
