As apart of the Tasmanian Whisky Week 2021, we have 2, one-off, full day tours (Mon 9th Aug & Sun 15th Aug) along the Northern Whisky Trail, taking you to some of Launceston & the North's more hidden distilleries...

Enjoy a full day of discovering some of Tassie's hidden gem distilleries of the North, & wrap it all up with a tour of a traditional working Cooperage.  Enjoy a gourmet sit down lunch with wine, all while taking in the breath-taking views of the Tamar River at a cooking school & vineyard nestled in the beautiful Eastern Tamar Valley Wine region. 

Enjoy a minimum of 3 tastings at each distillery, sit down lunch, and get up close and personal with the traditional cask making process at Transwood Cooperage. 

Pick up: 9am.  Drop off: 5/5:30pm.
Pick up/drop off location: 34 Cameron Street, Launceston, 7250.  ( The main entrance of Holy Trinity Anglican Church, directly opposite 'The Eatery on Cameron').

Hillwood, Tasmania.

To note for the tour: 

Bottle purchases at each distillery and at lunch is available.  Please wear weather appropriate clothing - in winter Tasmanian is cold, we recommend a warm jacket and thick socks.  Enclosed shoes must be worn at all times on tour.
Tour participants will need to get in and out of a vehicle throughout the day, and there is the possibility of walking on uneven ground at times, this tour is not recommended for people with mobility difficulties. All participants must be 18 years or over, and able to provide proof of age.
