For the first time ever and exclusively for Tasmanian Whisky Week, we see an all-northern lineup. These distilleries symbolise the stronghold of our spirits industry in the North and when combined are a force to be reckoned with!
Hosted by the Whisky Waffle boys from the #1 Whisky Podcast in Tasmania, you will be in for a unique whisky encounter.
15mls. nips paired with a four-course dinner menu prepared by the local chefs at Hellyers Road Restaurant set the tone for an extraordinary evening celebrating the passion and craft of the northern distillers of Tasmania.
6.30pm start.

On arrival: Freshly Shucked Salty lips oysters served with a dash of Hellyers
Road Peated 7yr single malt whisky over top.
Appetiser: Seared Tasmanian scallops with pancetta, chives, endive and pomegranate gastrique.
Whisky: Iron House Distillery
Entree: Roast Duck breast, Dutch carrots, and cranberry jus.
Whisky: Alchymia distillery
Main: 8-hour, barrel smoked Cape Grim beef brisket with rustic roast Fulton Creek Farm vegetables.
Whisky: Deviant distillery
Intermission: Blood orange and lime granita palette cleanser.

Dessert: Whisky Cream Liqueur panna cotta salted caramel glaze, chocolate crumb.
