Tuesday is no longer just for Tacos; it is for Whisky and Cheese too.

Join Mark Teague from WhiskyIsMyJam on a flavour journey of Tasmanian Single Malt Whisky... and Cheese!

Mark and the Tasmanian producers of some fine Single Malt will provide for an intimate, informative and conversation flowing event. The lineup features the following distilleries:

Hilllwood Whisky, 7K Distillery, Bogan Road Distillery (a.k.a. Tasmanian Whisky Selectors), Launceston Distillery, Lawrenny Estate and Southern Wild Distillery.

The Barrel Collective is built on a simple concept - bringing the finest handcrafted Tasmanian spirits to you. Owner Michael Bernhagen is a huge supporter of Tasmanian Spirits and beverages, and in just over three years has established itself as the must visit bar in Launceston. 

Your ticket includes 6 x 15ml. serves of whisky and matched cheese plates. Event start 6.30pm. Bar open from 4pm.

Bottle sales are available in the evening, direct from the distilleries.
