It wouldn’t be a whisky cruise, without a dram in hand. While you are being leisurely transported down the river Transportation Whiskey will take care of just that!

You will also be joined on the cruise with Frans from Liquor Lips Chocolate, giving you the ultimate chocolate eating experience with bite size chocolate treats that are actually wet!

Using carefully selected whisky from local Tasmanian distillers, Frans has meticulously handcrafted whisky filled chocolate offering a harmonious balance of sweetness, smoothness, and a delightful shot of spirits.

Departing Hobart’s, Brooke Street Pier you’ll travel south on our luxury catamaran Peppermint Bay II with on deck bar, and the captain pointing out ancient rock formations and stunning scenery along the way. Spot sea eagles and seals, or if you are lucky, be escorted down the river by a pod of dolphins.

Overlooking Bruny Island, Peppermint Bay is the perfect spot to settle in for a gourmet lunch. Staying true to their roots, the amazing kitchen team puts a heavy emphasis on a seasonally changing menu making the most of the produce from their own gardens and local growers. The food is equally beautiful as the breathtaking views from the award-winning architecturally designed building.
