A Tasmanian Conversation: Tasmanian HACC & CHSP Statewide Forum 2021
Event description
The Statewide Forum is funded by the Tasmanian Government under the
Tasmanian HACC Program relevant for all staff and volunteers from Home and
Community Care (HACC) and Commonwealth Home Support Programme (CHSP)
funded organisations and those working in the Community Services Sector.
This is your opportunity to connect with each other and participate in conversations about collaboration, identifying gaps and exploring innovative practice!
Registration is $29.50 per person, includes booking fee and provides attendance to the Statewide Forum and lunch with all day refreshments (GST is added upon checkout). This fee is non-refundable, however if you cannot attend for whatever reason you can nominate another delegate in your place on the day.
The Tasmanian Department of Health will provide an update on the Tasmanian HACC Program.
A representative from The Australian Government Department of Health will be in attendance to address the forum.
