Connecting students, industry and opportunity.

THTA Connect is a student and employer networking event delivered in partnership by the Tasmanian Hospitality and Tourism Academy (THTA), Study Tasmania and industry.

The event brings together students and emerging talent with employers and industry professionals from across Tasmania’s hospitality and tourism sectors, creating an opportunity to make genuine connections, explore career pathways and discover employment opportunities.

For students, it’s a chance to meet industry, build confidence and learn more about where their skills and studies could take them. For employers, it provides direct access to motivated emerging talent and an opportunity to showcase their business, career pathways and workforce opportunities.

Through collaboration between THTA, Study Tasmania and industry, THTA Connect supports a stronger skills pipeline and helps connect Tasmania’s future hospitality and tourism workforce with real opportunities across the state.
