Tasmanian Spirit Showcase

Two sessions: 1- 4pm and 5 - 8pm
Tasmanian Spirit Showcase ticket holders receive a TWW tote bag, bottle of water, booklet, $10 food voucher and a TWW Glencairn whisky glass.
Taste your way around Tasmania at City Hall with over 30 distillers showcasing their whisky and spirits.
You will find your favourites with special Tas Whisky Week releases and new and interesting distillers.
Distillers showcasing their products are: Alchymia Distillery, Adam’s Distillery, Belgrove, Bright Night Gin, Charles Oates, Dark Valley Whisky, Derwent Distillery, Edge of the World Distillery, Furneaux Distillery, Hellfire Bluff Distillery, Hobart Whisky, Hunnington Whisky, Iron House Distillery, Killara Distillery, Lark Distilling Co, Launceston Distillery, Lawrenny Estate, McHenry, New Norfolk Distillery, New Town Distillery, Old Kempton Distillery, Overeem Whisky, Pattex Distillery, South Arm Distillery, Spirit Thief Distilling Co, Spring Bay Distillery, Sullivans Cove, Tasmanian Whisky Selectors, Wellington Park Distillery
Willie Smith’s Cider and Hobart Brewing Co will be on hand, as will food truck Bahn Mi ‘n’ Grill and inside you will find Deep End Farm and their fabulous steamed buns.

Join these special workshops - only during the first session of 2pm to 5pm
The workshops run for 15 minutes.
2.15pm The Role of Cask Maturation
Presented by Ally Bhana and Laura XXX from Sullivan’s Cove.
Ally and Laura will take you through expressions of Sullivan’s Cove new make, cask sample from a young cask and a fully matured American Oak ex-bourbon release.
3.15pm Distillery contrast: Launceston and Hobart
Presented by Mark Teague of @WhiskyIsmyJam
Launceston Distillery and Hobart Whisky present both a new make sample and an ex-bourbon expression. Mark will take you through the nuances of each and explain the differences in these interesting expressions.
4.15pm Single Pot Still Masterclass
Presented by Johnny Halton of Transportation Whiskey
Hunter Island New Make and an Irish single pot still
