Event description
Tasmanian Whisky & Spirits Association & Australian Women in Distilling Association: International Women’s Day Event
Marked annually on March 8th, International Women's Day (IWD) is one of the most important days of the year to celebrate women's achievements and raise awareness about women's equality.
The theme this year is Break the Bias: Imagine a gender equal world.
A world free of bias, stereotypes, and discrimination.
A world that is diverse, equitable, and inclusive.
A world where difference is valued and celebrated.
Together we can forge women's equality.
Collectively we can all #BreakTheBias.
The TWSA is partnering with AWDA to celebrate this day
Join us at Society Salamanca on Tuesday, 08 March from 6pm for a welcome cocktail, light food and some great speakers who will share their stories.
