Refund policy
Refunds are available prior to 14 days before the event. After this point we pay the venue for all tickets purchased. Once final numbers have been provided to the venue and we have paid the venue, we are unfortunately unable to provide a refund. You may however have another person to take your paid seat, so let us know so we can have a printed table place card for them. The Event Organiser (Awards Australia) acknowledges that where an Event is cancelled for any reason whatsoever, the Fees are non-refundable and Humanitix is authorised to deduct the Fees prior to making any refunds to Users.
