Together with the Embassy of Ecuador in Australia, the Australia Ecuador Friendship Association (AEFA) and Kimsa Taki – Ecuadorian Dance Group, we warmly invite you, your family and friends to join us for a special afternoon celebrating Ecuadorian culture in Australia through food, music, dance and connection.

Funds raised from food and drinks sold by the community during the event will help support Kimsa Taki – Ecuadorian Dance Group’s participation at the 2027 National Multicultural Festival in Canberra.
By supporting the event, you are also helping Kimsa Taki continue to share and showcase Ecuador’s rich cultural heritage through traditional music, dance and folklore in Australia.

Description
Enjoy delicious Ecuadorian food with a community purpose: the funds raised from food and drinks will help us support Kimsa Taki – Ecuadorian Dance Group in participate at the 2027 National Multicultural Festival in Canberra.
We will have 4 (four) mouthwatering options for you to taste:
Encebollado- Ecuadorian albacore fish soup, served with plantain chips and of pickled red onion.
Sánduche de Pernil de Cerdo - Roast Pork Sandwich, served with pickled onions, tomato, lettuce and sauce
Espumilla - a traditional street dessert of Ecuador. Foamy, fluffy egg whites whipped with sugar and guayaba (guava) fruit pulp, served in a cone.
Tres Leches Cake - moist, delicious three milk cake with a secret Ecuadorian ingredient… can you guess it?
