This exclusive degustation dinner will feature the renowned winemaker Andrew Pirie, one of Tasmania’s most influential figures, who established some of the region’s most famous vineyards and is now crafting his own exceptional wines under Apogee.

Tasmanian wines are gaining worldwide recognition for their premium quality, and this event is a unique opportunity to experience Apogee’s small-batch, highly sought-after wines paired with a specially curated four-course menu at the stunning Fish on Parkyn restaurant in Mooloolaba.

What to Expect:

🍷 A guided tasting of four exceptional Apogee wines, paired with a four-course menu highlighting Tasmania’s finest dish.
🍽️ A culinary experience showcasing Tasmania’s cuisine, expertly crafted by Fish on Parkyn’s talented chef.

• 2024 Alto Pinot Gris – Elegant and aromatic with notes of pear, citrus, and fresh minerality.
• 2023 Alto Pinot Noir – Silky and complex with vibrant red berries, spice, and a fine tannin structure.
• 2021 Deluxe Sparkling Brut – A vintage sparkling wine made using the Champagne méthode traditionnelle, offering refined bubbles with crisp apple, citrus, and hints of toasted brioche.
• 2021 Deluxe Sparkling Rosé – A vintage sparkling rosé crafted using the Champagne méthode traditionnelle, delivering delicate red fruit flavors, fine acidity, and a beautifully balanced finish.
