Join us at the award-winning Signature Restaurant for an evening of exploration into some of the best wines that the United States of America has to offer.

Our Taste of the States wine dinner is a unique opportunity to experience a selection of wines from California and Oregon paired with a delectable three-course dinner.

Upon arrival, enjoy canapés and a refreshing glass of Brut Rosé from Gran Moraine, setting the tone for a delightful evening ahead. The pairings to follow include wines from WillaKenzie Estate and Anakota.

Hosting the evening is Andrés Aragón, Sales Manager at Jackson Family Wines. With his extensive knowledge of American winemaking, Andrés will guide you through each wine, sharing stories and insights into the wineries and regions they come from.

Sales Manager at Jackson Family Wines

A passionate and knowledgeable hospitality professional with more than 13 years experience in the industry. A young but highly skilled individual that enjoys every single aspect of the food, service and wine business. After more than a decade in hospitality management and beverage roles, Andres is now employed by Jackson Family Wines as NSW sales manager & ambassador. He is currently undertaking the WSET diploma in Wine and Spirits and preparing for his Master Sommelier certification with the Court of Master Sommeliers. In 2019 Andres was awarded Best Young Sommelier of Australia by the Chaîne des Rôtisseurs and achieved a bronze medal in the International competition held in Seoul, South Korea. In constant pursue of wine knowledge and experience, his ultimate goal is to positively contribute to the Australian wine industry and mentor the younger generations of wine enthusiasts.
