Brought to you by Aussie-based coffee pro YIKE @k.generation. This cupping event is a deep dive into the heart of China’s hidden coffee gem — Yunnan
Since 2021, Yike and her team have been on a mission:
👉 Bring Yunnan’s specialty coffee to Australia
👉 Connect producers and coffee lovers
👉 Help the world taste what China’s coffee scene has to offer
In March 2025, she returned to her origin, traveling from Kunming to Xishuangbanna, Pu'er, Lincang, all the way to Menglian. She cupped over 100 samples from 6 various farms, selected 20+ lots, and roasted them herself, which will feature in this very session.
