Event description

Brought to you by Australia-based coffee pro YIKE @k.generation. This cupping event is a deep dive into the heart of China’s hidden coffee gem — Yunnan

Since 2021, Yike and her team have been on a mission:
👉 Bring Yunnan’s specialty coffee to Australia
👉 Connect producers and coffee lovers
👉 Help the world taste what China’s coffee scene has to offer

In March 2025, she returned to her origin, traveling from Kunming to Xishuangbanna, then to Pu'er, Lincang, and finally to Menglian. She cupped over 100 samples from six different farms, selected more than 20 lots, and roasted them herself, which will be featured in this very session.

What will be showcased on the night:

🌱 YunLan Coffee Estaste, Xishuangbanna (Special varietals)

🌱 YSCC All Blue Projects, Menglian (Yeast fermented & Infused process)

🌱 Autumn Amber Estate, Lincang, Yunnan COE Pilot #1 Farm

🌱 LinkStar Coffee Estate, Menglian (Local hybrid & geisha varietal)

🌱 The Origin Project by “Small Arm Big Heart" team (Mysterious Fermentation Process)
