Taste the Difference

AMES Australia in coordination with the City of Melbourne runs the annual Taste the Difference dinner during Refugee Week. Taste the difference gives Melbournians a chance to dine with extraordinary new Melbournians - those who arrived in Australia as refugees. 

Taste the difference is a unique opportunity to raise funds while enjoying a delicious meal made by refugees who are forging their own micro-businesses.

Join us and enjoy meals prepared by local refugee businesses and listen to incredible stories by refugees seated at your table. All proceeds from the night will go to AMES Australia People in Need Fund.
