Eat your way through the Square, one delicious course at a time.

Step into a progressive feast that brings together fire, flavour and flair across three standout venues in Yagan Square. Progress the Square is a multi-course dining adventure where each course is served at a different stop — offering you a true taste of the Square’s culinary talent.

Your journey begins at Hiss & Smoke, where the flames bring crispy baby squid and grilled king prawn skewers to life.

Then head to Gangnam, where you’ll take the reins with a Korean BBQ Wagyu beef main, cooked right at your table and served with traditional sides like kimchi, salad, and dipping sauces.

End your night at The Shoe, where dessert is a sweet collaboration with the pastry geniuses at Kiss My Tart. Share three perfectly crafted petite tarts:
Lemon Meringue
Chocolate Salted Caramel
Pear & Hazelnut Crumble

Whether you're coming with friends or planning a special date night, Progress the Square is the perfect way to taste the best of Yagan in one unforgettable evening.
