We're excited to be part of this year's The Curated Plate, on the Sunshine Cost, Friday 28 July to Sunday 6 August 2023.
We have partnered with the team at The Fermenter to bring you a fun and informative, hands on fermentation workshop.
During this 1.5hr workshop you’ll taste a variety of drinks and learn everything you need to know about fermenting vegetables and make your own Kombucha and Kefir. You’ll also receive your own Scoby starter kit to take home to start making your own brews.

About The Fermenter:
The workshop will be led by Tania Wiesmayr-Freeman APD AN, Dietitian and Nutritionist with over 25 years’ experience as a clinical Dietitian.
Tania created The Fermenter in 2017 and runs the operation with husband Andrew with a commitment to improving
Australians health and nutrition, reducing food miles by buying ingredients locally, not using highly processed,
ingredients growing local employment with food manufacturing, reducing waste by using fully recyclable packaging and
making tasty high quality fermented foods.
