Future‑ready Organisations: Critical Success Factors for Intrapreneurship 

May’s Design and Innovation Meetup sees us move from entrepreneurship to intrapreneurship; that is innovating and starting new ventures and initiatives from within businesses.

We’re stoked to have Jeannine Walsh, Head of New Ventures at Beca, with us to look at the practices that make innovation both possible and sustainable. This promises to be a thought-provoking session spotlighting those essentials and providing an opportunity for you to think about what they could mean for your organisation.

Whether it's innovating to lead with breakthrough technologies, products or processes, or simply to continuously improve, no business can build a successful future without an intentional approach to innovation.  Jeannine will draw on her experience with Beca, and other roles globally, to reveal the critical factors that enable innovation and new ventures to flourish inside medium to large organisations.  Expect to be actively involved - this will be a workshop style session, designed for you to learn through participation - not to just sit and listen... (too much!).

As ever, this is also a great chance to connect with other innovators from around Tauranga and the Western Bay.
