A Key Note by Dr Albert Bifet (Director of the Ai Institute at University of Waikato) is followed by your choice of teacher led practical workshops designed to get you using different tools to enhance your practice and save you time. Our aim is that you are ready to return to school on Tuesday with some practical ways to use Ai in your classroom.
Work with fellow local teachers to enhance your understanding of the what, why and how of Ai in our schools. Workshops are run by Tauranga based teachers with real life examples, and locally based businesses, will allow you to curate the day around what you need
Workshop focus includes: Literacy, Science, Social Studies, Mathematics, General Ai use and more. Kate Rhodes from the University of Waikato will run a Primary teachers centred workshop.
