Taurus Full Moon Meditation: Anchor & Energize

Thank you for joining the biggest and most powerful full moon meditation of the Year!

It is the most powerful time of the year where humanity receives spiritual energy through the divine centers of Shamballa and the Great White Brotherhood. We will consciously connect with hundreds of thousands of practitioners worldwide and tap into the spiritual energies that are shared by the Buddha and received through Christ on behalf of humanity.

Being part of this event, you will access the universal energies of the full moon, which are known for their ability to elevate consciousness and create positive change in our lives and in the world.

As a large group of people gather under one roof, we will experience an exponential generation of group energy and the deepest elevation of consciousness through our meditation.

SUGGESTED GUIDELINES

A few days before the meditation

1. Take regular salt water baths or regular swims in the ocean to help in the cleansing process.

2. Eat a healthy diet rich in vegetables and fruits. Try to avoid any heavy meat intake like pork or red meats.

3. Try to avoid any excessive alcohol consumption.

4. Practice any light meditation or gentle breathing exercises either in the morning or evening. This will help you center and ground yourself as you near the full moon meditation.

5. Enjoy yourself, have positive thoughts, share happiness and joy with people you love. Wear a smile!

On the day of the meditation

1. Wake up fresh and happy.

2. Try to avoid any negative thoughts and feelings.

3. Wear light-colored and comfortable clothes for the event.

4. Practice stillness as you make your way to the venue.

After the meditation

1. Share the energy of the full moon with your loved ones.

2. Continue to practice any light meditation and breathing exercises for a few days.

3. Avoid any heavy alcohol consumption for a few days.

4. Try to avoid any red meats and/or pork for a few days.

Who can't join

1. The meditation is not suitable for anyone below the age of 16.

2. Anyone with serious heart ailments, uncontrolled hypertension or severe glaucoma.

3. People who regularly consume heavy alcohol, and/or addictive hallucinogenic drugs.

4. Pregnant women as the energy may be too strong for the fetus.

Program Layout

6.00pm - 6.45pm: Registrations and seating.

6.45pm - 7.30pm: Taurus Full Moon and the Wesak valley talk

7.30pm - 7.45pm: Physical exercises purification

7.45pm - 8.30pm: Wesak Meditation and the Great Invocation

Doors open by 6.00PM. Please be respectful of punctuality to allow registrations and settling period.
