The Heart of the Kitchen: Daniela & Attilio

Born into the kitchens of Abruzzo, Italy, and shaped by the vibrant produce of Australia, Chef Daniela Maiorano is a fierce fourth-generation chef. Having grown up at her grandmother’s side rolling gnocchi, Daniela’s philosophy is simple: honour the ingredients. Alongside her brother Attilio, she brings her "Made in Italy, shaped in Australia" culinary heritage to Lismore for one afternoon only.

Every guest is greeted with a Welcome Drink on arrival (choice of Prosecco, Italian Beer, or Fabio Italian Soda).

• Fabio Italian Sodas: Melbourne-made with real Australian sugar—less fizz, more flavour, and better for your gut.

• Early Bird: $125 + booking fee (Available until 25th Feb or until sold out!)

• General Admission: Pricing applies once Early Bird sells out.
