...Introducing the Zen Den!

We’ve been working in the background for the last couple of months on creating a beautiful space for mindfulness, yoga and meditation. We can’t wait for you to try it.

Join us on Saturday the 26th of June for our opening day.

11am - Join us to check the beautiful new space out, grab a kombucha and have a hot chai tea. Our Taylored Specialists will be around to chat and answer questions.

12pm - Uplifting and calming mindfulness exercise run by Laura, one of the Zen Den yoga teachers.

12.30 - Luke and Rachel share the vision of the Taylored Health Hub and Zen Den
