Our guest speaker for our March Meeting is Lee Middendorf-one of the three founding members of the PLB Group, owners of Osteria Casuarina, Taverna Kingscliff, Ancora and Baked at Ancora and Bombay Cricketer’s Club at Salt.
With a 25 year background in hospitality, Lee has worked through every aspect of working in and managing bars, cafes and restaurants. These days he is the ‘groove master’ behind PLB’s operations.
