Description

Play On! by Rick Abbott is a fast paced and hilarious comedy presented by our TCE drama students, showcasing their talent, timing, and energy on stage.

The play follows a struggling theatre group attempting to stage a production while dealing with constant interruptions from an overbearing playwright who insists on revising the script mid rehearsal. What begins as a simple production quickly spirals into chaos, with missed cues, forgotten lines, and mounting confusion. Across three acts, rehearsal, dress rehearsal, and opening night, the situation becomes increasingly unmanageable, leading to a wildly entertaining and madcap finale.

This production highlights the skill and commitment of our TCE performers, bringing humour and theatrical mishaps to life in a way that will delight audiences. Don’t miss this fun and energetic performance that celebrates the joy, challenges, and unpredictability of live theatre.
