TCTSY is an empirically validated body- based therapy for PTSD/Complex- trauma

Join Ruth Cohen, TCTSY facilitator, to learn more about Trauma Sensitive Yoga and how it can help you and/or the population you serve.

All welcome.

ACC SCS providers, mental health practitioners, trauma survivors, health workers, wellbeing agencies...

The session will begin with a short (5-10min) chair or standing Yoga practice, no Yoga mat or clothes required, followed by an information presentation about the theoretical underpinnings of TCTSY and plenty of time for questions.
