Miss Danielle, our fabulous Acro teacher, will hold a series of Acro Holiday Workshops in December and January.

You can book into one or more days.

DAY 1 - Tuesday 19 December and/or Wednesday 10 January
Beginner / Juniors - Tumbling (10:30am-12pm)

Working on cartwheels and variations, round-offs, handstands, forward and backward rolls and intro to side aerials and back handsprings & strength

Beginner / Juniors and Intermediate / Senior / Advanced - Partner and Group work (12:30-1:30pm)

Intermediate / Senior / Advanced - Tumbling (2:00-3:30pm)

Handstand walking, pop cartwheels, cartwheel rebounds, round-offs, back handsprings, flying cartwheels and side aerials, back layout and back tuck, walkovers and variations, strength

DAY 2 - Wednesday 20 December and/or Thursday 11 January
Beginner / Junior - Balancing and Limbering (10:30am-12pm)

Scorpions, headstands, forearm stands, leg mounts, bridge variations including working towards rolling tinsica, front limbers/walkovers, bridge kickovers/walkovers, and effective stretches.

Beginner / Junior and Intermediate / Senior / Advanced - Partner and Group work (12:30-1:30pm)

Intermediate / Senior / Advanced - Balancing and Limbering (2:00-3:30pm)

Scorpions, combining leg hold, forearm stand, chest stand and shoulder stand, contortion, valdez varations, tick tocks, chest rolls, rolling tinsicas, teardrop, across the floor chore and effective stretches
