Join us for a free online event for neurodivergent people and carers across Dumfries and Galloway. Register your interest to hear directly from our neurodivergent community at Think Differently DG, learn about the work we do, and our exciting plans to develop services that support you.

We want to hear from you too (although no pressure to speak out!). You’re welcome to share your ideas on how we can create a more inclusive space and build a community in Dumfries and Galloway that values and listens to neurodivergent needs. We hope that you can be part of the conversation and help shape our community values!

We aim to create a relaxed, respectful environment where different communication styles and needs are welcomed.

At this event, management committee members and staff of Think Differently will:

introduce ourselves
explain why Think Differently exists and how we have been developing over the last year
tell you more about our future plans
invite you to ask questions and share your thoughts, so we can make sure our work stays focussed on what matters most to local neurodivergent people

We’d love for you to take part in the way that feels most comfortable for you...

There’s no expectation to mask or ‘fit in’, so please come as you are
You’re very welcome to keep your camera off and your microphone on mute throughout
There’s no pressure to speak out!
You can participate in different ways such as using the chat function, reactions, or by sending us a follow-up email after the event
Feel free to move or stim, or to step away or take a break at any point during the event and rejoin whenever you’re ready.
