Te Ao Marama: The Path of the Sacred Warrior 

This retreat is experiential will provide a combination of knowledge, skills and sharing. The 3 day retreat will involve walking mediation, sitting meditation, talks, and discussion on the nature of hope and fear as It relates to the emotions and reality. Tara the female emanation of the Buddha as well as Machig Labdrön the renowned 11th century yogini I’ll be discussed in relationship to dealing with hope and fear. Over the course of the 3 day retreat Māori and Tibetan wisdom will be drawn upon to bring about a greater sense of connection and intimacy with the five elements and Ngā kaitiaki (guardians).
