Marae Operations Hui – What’s Hot, What’s Not & What’s Next 🔧
Te Kotahi a Tāmaki invites marae representatives, kaimahi and trustees to join this practical online kōrero focused on strengthening marae operations across our network.
We’ll be sharing new marae tools and templates, insights from the 2026 Marae Survey, and introducing TKAT Marae Waterproof Signage that outlines clear expectations for visitors and bookings.
We will also provide a Marae Toolbox update and walk through the next steps for Cohort Two.
Local Board representatives will join us to give a short overview of the Auckland Council 3-Year Local Board Plans, what they mean for marae, and opportunities for engagement.
Join us to share whakaaro, learn what other marae are doing, and help shape the tools our marae need.
✨ Nau mai, haere mai, let’s kōrero! Join us for this free event!
