Come join me for a breathwork and icebath journey.
The goal of breathwork therapy is to support people in achieving a greater sense of self-awareness and capacity for self-healing. It also helps people work toward overall improvement in mental, physical, and spiritual well-being. I guide participants through various therapeutic breathing techniques.

Te Hā meaning the breath. We will contact with our breath to create more self awareness and to acknowledge how powerful we are, then we will enter the icebath. Where we will take our breath a push past our limits.
Please bring a yoga mat, pillow, togs, towel, water.
