You’re invited to join us as we close out the year with intention, connection, and community.

This year, we’ve welcomed new faces, launched new Tables, and opened new pathways for women leading across sectors and stages. Together, we’ve built something that feels grounded and genuine — and Te Hononga is a moment to reflect, celebrate, and look ahead.

We’ll be introducing the wāhine of our newest Founders Table and Leaders Table communities at this gathering. These are women stepping into leadership with clarity, courage, and purpose. This is your chance to meet them, support them, and welcome them into the wider Connected Leadership whānau.

When a room fills with women who lead with generosity, care, and purpose, something powerful happens. Ideas take shape. Encouragement flows. New collaborations are born. This gathering is a chance to honour that energy and remind ourselves what we can create when we come together.

We’ll also be joined by Paula Whetu Jones (Te Aitanga a Māhaki, Whakatōhea, Ngāti Porou) — award-winning film director and member of Founders Table. Paula’s storytelling is grounded in mana wāhine, identity, and the power of reclaiming space.

Following our gathering, you're invited to join us in the Alberts Theatre at 6.15pm for a private screening of Paula’s critically acclaimed film Whina. This part of the evening is generously hosted by Alberts, with a limited number of seats available.

Te Hononga is a celebration of everything this community stands for:
Meaningful connection. Generosity. Community. Inclusion. Growth.

This is a moment to gather, share a glass, and acknowledge how far we’ve come — and what we’re building together.

Whether you’ve joined us for a kōrero, a programme, or simply followed along, we’d love to have you in the room.
