Te Kohuroa Rewilding Ranger Training - April
Description
LEARN, CONNECT, AND TAKE ACTION FOR TE KOHUROA MATHESON BAY
Would you like to get involved in our long-term program of restoration as a regular volunteer?
Join TKRI's Rewilding Rangers on Tuesday 28th April, 7-8.30pm (online) to learn skills that will enable you to become more involved in the project, both in and out of the water. The night will include updates on recent rewilding activities, practical training in citizen science around the bay, and a special guest speaker. This event is for both current and new Rangers.
As part of the Ranger program, you will have the chance to access additional training, participate in rewilding action groups, and get involved in the in-depth restoration processes that contribute to long-term project goals. You also get to build knowledge and skills that support your own conservation journeys.
If you have not already signed up for the Rewilding Ranger program, please fill out the Volunteer Form before securing your ticket.
TICKETS ARE FREE! (Registrations are essential)
