We are looking forward to seeing you at the Te Omanga Hospice Vintners’ Lunch 2024 on Sunday 15 September at the Lower Hutt Events Centre.

It’s going to be a wonderful occasion with delicious food and wine, live entertainment, prizes and auctions, and many great laughs. Please find below some important information that will help to ensure your experience is as smooth as possible. Please ensure you share this information with any table guests that you have invited or people you have purchased tickets for.

Where and When
The lunch is at the Lower Hutt Events Centre on Laings Road. There is parking available in the carpark beside the Centre, otherwise street parking is also available. We want you to have an enjoyable and safe day, so please plan ahead should you need to arrange alternative transport to or from the event.

Please arrive from 11am. There will be canapes and drinks on arrival and guests will start to be seated for lunch around 11:30am.
The lunch will be finished at approximately 5:00pm.

Dietary Requirements
Please remember to load any dietary requirements against your booking.
Alternatively, please email jodie@lightningevents.co.nz no later than 5pm, Friday 30th August.
After this time we will not be able to accept any new dietary requirements requests.
Please note that our chefs can only cater to dietary requirements where you are Vegan, Vegetarian or have allergies.

Seating Plan
If you purchased a table or multiple tickets, please make sure your guest names are loaded against your ticket (first and last names) so we can include them on the seating plan. These can be loaded via the link in your inbox, or can be sent to jodie@lightningevents.co.nz, no later than 5pm, Friday 30th August.

Best Dress Up
Our lunch theme this year is Spring Splendour. Whilst dressing up to the theme is optional, for those who choose to, there is a prize up for grabs. Our Te Omanga Hospice team will choose the best Spring Splendour themed outfit on the day and the MC will award the prize during the lunch.
