Te Reo and Tikanga Māori 101
We would like to introduce our next workshop, Te Reo and Tikanga Māori 101 workshop for Māori businesses. In this workshop you will learn a basic karakia to start your business hui, how to introduce yourself and some basic tikanga you can apply in the workplace and within your brand.
Our facilitator is:
Kiley Nepia (Ngāti Apa ki te Rā Tō, Ngāti Kuia and Rangitāne)
Kiley is te a reo Māori champion and homegrown cultural practitioner, social entrepreneur and business owner. He has over twenty years’ experience in the cultural revitalization, Māori education and whānau ora spaces. He is the Director of Māori owned and operated business, Hawaiki Kura. Hawaiki Kura specilises in delivering cultural development, cultural training for corporates, Community and Māori orginisations. They also deliver wellness wānanga for rangatahi and pakeke.
