Donating blood is a simple yet powerful way to give back. The donation itself takes just 5–10 minutes, with the full process—including registration, a confidential health check, and post-donation recovery—taking around an hour.

Every donation plays a vital role in supporting cancer treatments, surgeries, emergency care, and those with autoimmune or bleeding disorders. It’s a small effort that makes a big difference in communities across Aotearoa.
