Description

This capsule collection by Mitchell Vincent Collection is a story of breathe, balance and self-discovery. Touching on holistic wellbeing, inspired by the Te Whare Tapa Wha. This contemporary performance based range is shown by aspects of breath movement and dance, showing the physical, mental, spiritual, and social aspects of balance, and how this is essential to feeling whole. Fashion here becomes more than its kakahu form but how it is a tool to explore your identity, embrace your body, and connect with the foundations of what makes you uniquely you.

Drawing from Te Whare Tapa Wha's four pillars, taha tinana that speaks to physical health, taha hinengaro that speaks to mental and emotional health, taha wairua that speaks to spiritual health and taha whanau speaks to family and social health, this collection embodies balance and harmony. The grounding presence of our whenua underpins the entire concept, reflecting a deep connection to place and belonging. Just as a wharenui stands strong when all four walls are balanced, so too does wellbeing flourish when these elements are in harmony.

The collection in movement, flows with the body, colours that speak to stages in self discovery, ethically sourced fabrics, and versatile silhouettes are thoughtfully designed to celebrate strength and inclusivity. Each taonga of this collection tells a story of whakapapa and personal empowerment, inviting wearers to express their individuality while honoring tradition. The careful craftsmanship and limited runs ensure exclusivity, making each item a treasured part of your wardrobe.
