An invitation to gather & experience the meditative art of Tea Ceremony, followed by a sequence of ancient Himalayan Breathwork to increase life-force and balance the body, mind & spirit system.

Cha Dao (the Way of Tea) has its foundations in Taoism. It is practiced in a meditative and cultivated manner, enhancing the Shen (spirit) and calming the mind. The Breathwork sequence is designed to deepen the experience - clearing the mind, opening the body and expanding the theta state induced by Tea.
