As part of the Herbalist market, Lahni of Earth To Hands Herbalism is offering Camellia sinensis tea in ceremony.

Lahni has been a student to Tea for 6 years, serving old, wild red and puer varieties from Vietnam, China, and Taiwan.

Most of the tea is sourced from her dear friend from “A space of Subtle Bodies” teahouse in Brunswick.

She works with this particular tea due to the cultural significance, friendship with farmers and integrity held towards the greater mission of tea, being apart of a movement to "return tea to its people", reclaiming this ancient tradition and heritage, over a capitalised commodity.

We partake in the simple act of shared experience, meeting in a space for silence, contemplation, plant connection and fostering community. We will play gentle meditation music throughout.

Just your lovely self. Tea is provided. Cushions will be provided to sit on.
Please bring your own cushion if you need extra back support.

INFORMATION :

Arrive at 9:25am to BEGIN at 9:30am

Duration: 1 hour - 9:30am - 10:30am

This is a silent tea meditation. Everyone, 15 years and older is welcome!

At the end of the 50-55 minute meditation, we can open the space for meeting each other with words.
