Teach the Teacher - Trangie NSW 2024
Event description
The 2024 Trangie Teach the Teacher will be the afternoon of Thursday 23 May where Cotton Australia connects the school community with local growers and industry professionals.
We will have a bus picking up participants at St John's Primary School @ 4:00 pm.
A short dive on the bus will take you to a local cotton farm where you will play in the crop and hear about the production of the crop directly from the grower. The bus will then take participants to the cotton gin for a guided tour of this processing facility.
It’s a relaxed afternoon that will conclude with a light BBQ and light refreshments at the cotton gin hosted by the Cotton Growers Association.
The bus will then head back to town around for a 7:30 pm drop-off back at the school.
