Are you a teacher of a student using a communication device?

Would you like to join our once per term support group to meet other teachers and share ideas?

Calling all teachers of students using communication devices...come and join our newly established special interest group...we are hoping to get a group of teachers together virtually for an hour once a term to korero about all things communication device related...general support/ idea sharing/resource sharing/ good practise/trouble shooting/ guest speakers etc.

Roxy is an Outreach Teacher in the Hawkes Bay with a number of her students using communication devices.

Polly is an Outreach Teacher in Northland and also works for Talklink as a teacher trainer.

Jane is an outreach teacher in Nelson and also works for TalkLink as a teacher trainer.

This termly get-together is their idea as a way for teachers working with device users to meet and support each other.

Where: virtual meeting via Zoom

When: Week One of every term...First Wednesday 3.30-4.30
