This in-person workshop will give you an introduction to the Creative Body-Based Learning’s (CBL) and how to incorporate whole-body learning experiences into your classroom.

When children actively participate in creative, whole-body learning experiences, their classroom engagement, academic performance, and overall attitude improves, leading to enhanced learning outcomes and heightened student engagement (Garrett & MacGill, 2019).

Drawing on inspiration from a Drama-based Pedagogy (Dawson, 2018) you will be equipped with an array of highly effective teaching strategies and tools to implement CBL experiences into your classroom.

Bookings are essential.

A certificate of professional learning will be provided. This professional learning workshop will support you in demonstrating the following AITSL Australian Professional Standards for Teacher: 1.2, 2.1, 3.3, 4.1. 6.2, 6.3, 7.4.
