Teaching for Tomorrow: K-8 Career Awareness Summit
Event description
During this two day in-person event, K-8 youth serving professionals will explore resources, tools and partners to expand and create career awareness in their schools. Participants should come with a team from their school of a maximum of 3 people (additional add-on tickets are available for purchase). We encourage you to bring a mix of leaders, educators and key stakeholders.
Enjoy a balance of engaging learning sessions and planning time where teams will work together with personalized support from expert presenters and vendors. Participants will leave with plans and partners that will help them bring their visions to life.
Learning sessions are broken into three main topics: Educate, Empower, Elevate.
- Educate your team with learning sessions from Ohio schools that are currently doing the work. Hear their stories, get helpful insights, tips and support.
- Empower your staff with learning sessions from vendors that offer unique and innovative curriculum and tools that can be integrated to offer powerful learning experiences for students.
- Elevate your visions with learning sessions focused on the bigger picture. Hear about what your school/district can be doing across K-8.
Only one registration needed per team (a team registration is for a max. of 3 people. Additional add-on tickets are available for purchase)!
