Teachings and Meditations on the 37 Factors of Enlightenment with Lama Choedak Rinpoche

In this retreat Rinpoche will give in-depth teachings on important aspects of the Buddha’s Path and provide clear explanations on how to apply skilful methods into our daily lives. The main topic will be the ‘Thirty-Seven Factors of Enlightenment’ which concern the various stages of mental development – starting with a deluded mind, all the way to attaining perfect awakening. They present a clear way for anyone to uncover their ultimate nature that is free from confusion and fear. Rinpoche will also bestow the empowerment of Chenrezig, Buddha of Compassion, on Saturday night.
