    Event description

Join us for a Workshop on Team Based Learning with engaging blended activities.

Engaging a lecture room full of students in lectures can be difficult. When asked “any questions?” many students remain quiet or avoid the lecture and watch it recorded at their own pace later. Sometimes the difficulty can be in getting the students in the room. Team-based learning is a method of engaging students with peer-to-peer learning guided by an instructor. With less class time spent on one-to-many communication, lecturers can focus their teaching on facilitating discussions and giving feedback. In this workshop, you’ll learn about the theory and practice of Team-Based Learning and experience it for yourself.
