Debuting under a Dulwich Hill carport, Team Building consists of three people with ten songs born of creative chemistry in just over one year. Bradley Cork offers up his signature of compelling lyrics and resolute guitar playing, albeit in a distinctly more vulnerable fashion. Newcomer Jade Smith's earthy, meditative drums provide space for contemplation. And Tom Stephens brings his considered approach to music-making on bass, weaving it all together.
