We are excited to invite you to be part of team Lifeline Northern Beaches at the Head Above Water 24 Hour Swimathon! 

We welcome your participation in various ways - whether swimming in the relay team, securing a spot in the reserve team, cheering on our swimmers, or simply enjoying the outdoors with the Lifeline Northern Beaches team. It promises to be a fantastic morning filled with fun and meaningful connections! 

Come and connect, move, and have a blast with us on Sunday, March 3rd, from 9:00 am to 11:30 am.

The Head Above Water 24 Hour Swimathon is a fun, family-oriented, big-hearted charity swimming challenge in the beautiful saltwater of Collaroy Rock Pool on the weekend of 2nd and 3rd of March 2024. Over 24 hours, participants are invited to swim as few or as many laps as possible, either alone or in a team. Head Above Water Australia Ltd was founded in response to the high rate of suicide on Sydney's Northern Beaches and the mental health challenges faced by many in the community. Funds raised go towards mental fitness programs designed to meet our mission of building mental fitness from the grassroots up to help prevent mental illness and reduce suicide across Australia.
